Kentucky Fried Chicken in Sankt Augustin

Saturday 23 January, around 12 o'clock. I have seldom been received so warmly on the drive. The colleague who brought me the food was also very nice and wished me a good appetite. The food was fresh and the waiting time was short. Big compliments to the boys and girls ?. I hope that the employees will also be recognized as they deserve it. 5 stars from me ✨✨✨✨✨

The food tastes excellent. However, I had the experience 3 or 4 times that the burger buns were dry, so that they weren't served fresh. The food is mostly fresh and tasty. With french fries you have to have a look .. otherwise - -> important! -> check carefully whether everything is there. Although KFC otherwise tastes very good to me, the food in this branch was nothing, my chicken tasted like it had been prepared hours ago, my boyfriend's really disgusting, both of them had stomach aches afterwards. Not there again.

One of the few KFC branches nearby. The food tastes as expected, the staff are mostly friendly and something is rarely forgotten (at least if you are careful). Unfortunately there is a serious lack of hygiene in the restaurant. Sticky floors and cluttered tables are the normal condition.

New staff at the order acceptance and output drive in not well trained. Unnecessary inquiries, slow, confused order. There was nothing wrong with the food.

Some really incompetent employees at the drive in. Had a total of 4 !!!!!! Turn around again because something was wrong with the order every time!

Food was nice

I am now going to 2x 50 kilometers and another order was billed but not included! FREEDOM! In addition, the employees have left the courtesy at the door! 1 star because at least the toilets were clean, was there for the last time!

The burgers taste okay and look appealing. Waiting time short, branch unfortunately not very well maintained. Despite little activity and only half of the tables usable due to Corona, they were dirty and were not cleaned during our stay. In addition, a smile from the staff would be satisfactory, it costs nothing and is usually given at other fast food chains. Too bad.

Whenever we go for a drive in and order, they deliberately miss something or the other in the order. Since most of us don't check everything in the package, we would be left shocked after going home and open the order. This has happened to me multiple times and even to my friends. Last Sunday there was someone named Jakob in the counter, he again missed something in the order and we did check this time and when asked why this is happening everytime he says in a rude tone talk to the manager if we have some problem.

Very friendly staff, they took our order in English. Good quality food (just as good as any KFC, I guess) and a very clean location. Enough parking spots.

Don't go through the drive in. You will always miss something from your order when you arrive home.

The food was good as usual of KFC.. The restaurant itself needs more attention in cleanliness , there was a bad smell in half of the seating area. Most of the tables were late in being cleaned. Probably because it was crowded time.
